● Orders placed on our platform will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
● We will notify you via email or SMS with order confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping & Delivery
● We offer delivery services across India. Delivery timelines will vary based on the location and availability of the products.
● Typically, deliveries take 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
● In some remote areas, delivery might take longer due to limited courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
● Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume of the order, and the delivery location. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
● For bulk orders or special shipping requirements, additional charges may apply. You will be informed before finalizing your order.
4. Delivery Delays
● While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the delay and provide updated delivery timelines.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled within 40 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the products will be in the dispatch process.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
● In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other reason, our courier partner will attempt redelivery up to two times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.
8. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

9. International Shipping
● Currently, we do not offer international shipping services. All orders are delivered within India.
