 1. Eligibility for Refund

 ● Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
 ○ Theorder is cancelled within the 40-hour cancellation window.
 ○ You received damaged, defective, or incorrect products (subject to verification).
 ○ The products delivered are not as per your order (e.g., wrong items).
 ○ A product becomes unavailable or out of stock, and we are unable to fulfill your order.

 2. Refund Process

 ● To initiate a refund, contact our customer support at support@naturenookmart.com or call us at +91-99776-12870 within 24 hours of receiving the product or the order cancellation confirmation.
 ● Once we receive your request, our team will verify the claim and approve the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

 3. Mode of Refund
 ● Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
 ○ For payments made via credit/debit cards, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
 ○ For UPI and net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the respective account.
 ○ In the case of wallet payments, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet.

 4. Refund Timeline

 ● Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
 ○ For credit/debit card refunds, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
 ○ UPI and net banking refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process.

 5. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products

● If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● You may be required to provide photos or videos for verification purposes.
● After verification, we will either arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, based on your preference.

 6. Partial Refunds

 ● In the case of partial cancellation or if only part of your order is eligible for a refund, we will process a refund for the applicable items only.
 ● For bulk or custom orders, specific terms for partial refunds may apply, which will be communicated during order placement.

 7. Non-Refundable Situations

 ● Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
 ○ Theproduct has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.
 ○ Refund requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product.
 ○ Refunds for incorrect address details provided by the customer.
 ○ If the product is not returned with its original packaging, or if any parts or accessories are missing.

 8. Refund for Order Cancellation

 ● If the order is cancelled within the 40-hour cancellation window, a full refund will be initiated.
 ● Orders cancelled after the dispatch or processing stage will not be eligible for a refund.

 9. Failed Refunds
